Reports emerging from the coastal town of Pasni in Balochistan indicate that local resident Asif Hasil has been detained by Pakistani forces and taken to an undisclosed location. The incident has raised concerns among residents and human rights observers about the safety and whereabouts of the individual.
According to local sources, security personnel carried out a raid on a residence in Ward No. 1 late last night. During the operation, family members stated that the forces searched the house thoroughly and questioned them about Asif Hasil, who was not present at the time of the raid.
It has been reported that later the same day, around 7 p.m., personnel from the Pakistani military and the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) detained Asif at the Pasni checkpoint. He was reportedly taken into custody by security forces at this location, raising concerns among his family and community members.
During the house search, security officials reportedly confiscated mobile phones and conducted a detailed inspection of the premises. The family described the operation as intense and expressed their distress over the treatment received during the raid.
Since his detention, Asif Hasil’s relatives have had no information about his current whereabouts or condition. They have called on authorities to provide clarity regarding his detention and to ensure his safety, but so far, there has been no official response or statement from the government regarding the incident.
