According to a notification issued by Additional Chief Secretary Balochistan, on the request of Commissioner Makran, Section 144 has been imposed for a month in view of the law and order situation in Turbat.
According to the notification, in view of the security threat after the recent terror incident, double riding on the motorcycle has been banned. The ban will be in effect from evening to morning hours for a month. Legal action will be taken against those guilty of violation.
In recent days, there was a deadly attack on non-locals in the city’s satellite town, which was claimed by Balochistan’s active separatist organization Baloch Liberation Army, saying that our operatives in an intelligence-based operation destroyed 6 vehicles of the occupying Pakistani army.
Jeeyand Baloch said that several operatives and informers of the Pakistani army are using an empty house as a hideout in the satellite town of Turbat city. The said operatives were also seen coming and going to the occupation army camp and riding in enemy vehicles.
He said that the said officials were found to be involved in intelligence and anti-Baloch activities for the occupying Pakistani army in disguise, who were also providing shelter to the so-called death squad operatives.
